There are so many ways you can help Hawaii Fi-Do – your time, services and, of course, monetarily. We wouldn’t be able to provide service dogs and educate the community without the generous support of caring individuals like you!
Your donation allows us to buy dog food, training supplies, pay veterinarian visits and much more for all of our dogs in training.
Please make checks payable to “Hawaii Fi-Do Service Dogs” and mail to:
Kahuku, HI 96731
(Taxpayer ID #99-0353345)
As you talk with your attorney about your estate and trust planning, we would like to suggest please consider naming Hawaii Fi-Do as one of your non-profit 501(c)(3) organization beneficiaries. The same can be considered when talking with your life insurance and retirement plan advisors.
Giving this way, helps create future funding that all non-profits could certainly use. This kind of gifting creates a legacy which will help us to continue to do what we do: changing forever the lives of those receiving one of our quality service dogs, affording our graduates more independence and confidence.
If you would like to know more about the possibilities, please give executive director Jim Kennedy a call at 808-224-7639.
Want to “Friend-Raise?”
The “Friend-Raising” takes place at a host’s home, and there is no fundraising during the typical two-hour event. The purpose is to simply give others, who have not had the occasion to get to know us very well, the opportunity to meet our team, meet some of our dogs in training and a graduate or two with her or his service dog partner.
It is our hope that these casual gatherings will raise awareness of the value and importance of our program within our community. If you would like to learn more about our Friend-Raising program, please contact Jim at firstname.lastname@example.org.
